    If you can’t find your size Contact the store to request it.

  • I would like to order a slightly different item from the standard one offered.

    Please Contact the store with your request. If it is more expensive than the standard item offered you will need to pay the difference.

  • I’m an existing team member, when can I order replacement uniforms?

    Replacement uniforms can be ordered annually, however should you have damaged or worn items prior to this date, please discuss with your Supervisor.

  • What is the maximum number of items I can order?

    The uniform allowance can be found at the About page.

  • I'm having trouble working or navigating the store.

  • Do I have to pay for my uniforms?

    No you are allocated one set of uniforms each year. Please check out your allocation on the About page.

  • Can I order replacements for lost or damaged uniforms?

    Please discuss with your Supervisor before making a replacement order.

  • Can I order extra uniforms?

    Yes, you can order extra uniforms through the uniform store at our discounted prices at your own cost. Please drop us a message on the Contact page to request a salary deduction form.

  • Do I need to enter Credit Card information at checkout?

    No, payment information is not required at checkout. All new uniforms and approved replacement items and shipping are provided at no cost to our team members.

  • I am new to Kal Tire, how do I know what to order and how many uniforms I need?

    This information is provided on the About page of the store.

  • How do I know which uniform items to order for my site?

    Firstly, click on your Site name; this will display correct items for your site. For information on what your annual uniform allocation is go to the About page.

  • How many uniforms can I order/should I need?

    Your annual uniform allocation can be found on the About page.

  • How will I know when my order has been placed?

    Once your order has been processed an email is sent to your nominated email address confirming your order.

  • Where should I get my uniform orders sent to – site or my residential address?

    The address you nominate your uniforms to be sent to is your decision, but you should discuss with your supervisor if you are unsure.

  • How long will it be before I receive my uniform order?

    Delivery times vary, however you will receive your order within 3 weeks.

  • What brand will I receive?
